Boasting an impressive career spanning over three decades, Joanna Kwok is the embodiment of visionary leadership and multifaceted expertise. As the Founder and CEO of the Asia Executive Development Association (AEDA), she has honed her skills across a diverse array of disciplines, including marketing, public relations, leadership development, branding, crisis management, stakeholder relations, and executive education.

Kwok's prestigious professional trajectory includes serving as the Managing Director of the CFA Society Hong Kong; Director of the Executive Development Centre at Hang Seng University (HSU);  Director of Society Relations and Director of Office & Event Administration at the CFA Institute; Executive Director of the Hong Kong Exporters' Association; Account Director at Edelman PR, and various senior roles at Kodak China and China Promotion in addition to the spokesperson role for her former employers.

Beyond her corporate accolades, Kwok is committed to the betterment of society by engaging in different volunteer work. She serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Master of Business Management Programme at HSUHK; Career Advisor and Course Advisory Council member for the International Marketing Management Master Programme at Hong Kong Baptist University and the University of Sheffield, UK;  Chair of a Secondary School Scout, and Honorary Committee member of Della Leaders Club in India; Women Leadership Committee of Asia CEO Community, and WUCIE Innovation & Entrepreneur Centre at HSU. She also served as a career and HR blogger for CTGoodjobs, as well as panel judge for various HR and Startup Awards. 

In the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Kwok has established and served a bereavement group and a cancer patient group, empowering their resilience and recovery; will help NGOs in getting funds for their initiatives; as well as teaching mainland university students in Hong Kong on Cantonese and offering career development coaching.

Kwok's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK, an MSc in Financial Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and certifications such as Chartered Marketer, Certified Risk Planner, Certified Project Manager, Certified Professional Marketer, and Certified NLP Practitioner.
