With extensive experience in the finance industry and a remarkable dedication to community involvement, Norna actively engages in community service and volunteering initiatives in sustainability, gender diversity, and youth education while fulfilling her professional responsibilities in accounting, treasury, risk management, and strategic development in business and banking.

Norna is a CPA and has over 10 years of working experience in investment banks and corporate banks. She is also an enterprise advisor for Generation, an NGO focusing on youth education and career development. Her passion for connecting people allows her to sit on the board of academic and business councils.

In addition to her local sustainability contributions, Norna is one of the organizing committee members bringing the St. Gallen Symposium to Hong Kong from Switzerland, promoting sustainability in different fields internationally.
