Mr. Lam is an experienced program manager with a proven track record in digital innovation, strategic partnership, project management, marketing, and product development. Skilled in resource allocation, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation for public projects, Mr. Lam is adept at driving operational efficiencies and fostering innovation.

With a diverse background spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Mr. Lam has worked in government organizations, educational institutions, and a digital technology company for nearly 20 years. He has specialized expertise across digital product, training, partnerships, social marketing, and public education initiatives. Mr. Lam has spearheaded the end-to-end development of digital apps/platforms, a Train-the-Trainer program that trained over 5,000 professionals, community outreach programs, and government-business-NGO partnership projects that reached over 400 organizations. He has also worked in a digital technology company and served as a CEO advisor for a robotics company.

Mr. Lam is committed to the betterment of society and engages in various volunteer work. He has served as a member of the Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, the Director in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Youth Society, the ESG and GreenTech Committee Co-Chair in the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, the Committee Chairman in The Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing Professionals, and the Academic Committee (Information Technology) in HKU SPACE.
